While your pumpkin lantern might now be confined to the compost bin or possibly happily munched by pigs, pumpkins still offer lots of potential for bread recipes. This week, I’m trying out a new roasted pumpkin sourdough. It will be available along with the following to order for collection on Wednesday morning:
- Roasted pumpkin seed sourdough £3.50
- Poppy seed white loaf £2.50
- Granary loaf £2.50
- Focaccia with goats cheese, caramelised onion & tomato £4.00
- Sultana scones 75p
Bread can be collected from the Kilchoan Community Centre from 10.30am on Wednesday. Please order by 7pm Tuesday.
