Today, I’ve been experimenting with making Kardemummabullar, or Swedish cardamom buns. Made with a sweet enriched yeasted dough and distinctive for their knot shape, they’re going down well in testing!

Just a reminder that I’ll be at the Produce & Craft Market in the Kilchoan Community Centre from 11am tomorrow. Amongst other things, I’ll have two types of sourdough on offer – white and 100% rye.

Hello, I’m now taking orders for Saturday. If you would like any of the following, please let me know by 5pm on Friday. Orders can be collected from the campsite from 9.30am or the community centre from 10am.
