What’s available to order will change each week with different specials, things like pain au chocolate or herby plant pot bread, but there are some regulars that will be on offer most weeks, including:
- Sourdough loaf, made using naturally-occurring yeasts (strong white flour, water, strong wholemeal flour, sea salt)
- Seeded brown tin loaf (strong wholemeal flour, strong white flour, water, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds*, sea salt, yeast)
- White tin loaf (strong white flour, water, sea salt, yeast)
- Granary cob (malted granary flour, water, sea salt, yeast)
- Baguettes (plain flour, strong white flour, water, sea salt, yeast)
- Foccacia (strong white flour, water, olive oil, sea salt, yeast, rosemary*)
- Cinnamon buns, Nordic style pastries (plain flour, milk, butter, sugar, egg, cinnamon*, yeast, cardamom)
Unless marked with an asterisk all ingredients are organic or, in the case of sea salt, organically approved.
All products may contain traces of nuts & seeds.
