Pink dough and plant pots

It’s possible that the sun has gone to my head as today I have been experimenting with pink dough and plant pots!

The pink dough is for a new invention – beetroot and feta bread (pictured). Sadly, or not, depending on your views of pink, the colour fades on baking. The plant pots were for a favourite of last summer – garden herb bread baked in plant pots to give them a fun shape.

Both of these will be available along with all the usual loaves at tomorrow’s Produce & Craft Market from 11am in the Kilchoan Community Centre. Hope to see you then.
