The flour has arrived so this week will be a baking bonanza including, as requested by a few of you, more hot cross buns. (Though given Easter is now some time ago, they may in fact by ‘cross-less buns’). They’ll be available for delivery on Thursday along with the following:

So, while I’ll be endeavouring, health & supplies allowing, to keep making bread to order (and for the shop as and when need be), I think it will also be essential for moral to keep making buns! This week, it’s the turn of cardamom buns. I’ll be baking these on Wednesday along with the following:
