It seems as though the lovely sunshine has been having an influence on my baking. Today I felt inspired to test out a new baguette recipe. I’m really pleased with the results and now all I need is some cheese and some wine…

No, not a Ferrari. It’s my beautiful new Sunmix spiral dough mixer and it’s just arrived. Able to mix up to 10kg of dough, it should help up production no end – or at least it will once I’ve got a bigger oven and the bakery shed’s finished to put them both in!
